These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of zorquik.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any digital product from Zorquik ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and Pricing

Zorquik sells digital products, including ebooks, templates, tools, and bundles, delivered electronically. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time without prior notice; changes do not affect orders already placed.

2. Orders and Payment

No account is required to purchase. At checkout, you provide your name, email, and phone number, and complete payment through Razorpay, our third-party payment processor. An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully verified. We are the sole source of truth for order pricing — prices shown in your browser are always re-verified on our server before payment is processed.

3. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive a secure, time-limited download link by email and on the order confirmation page. See our Digital Delivery Policy for full details on link expiry and download limits.

4. License and Usage Rights

When you purchase a product from Zorquik, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your own personal or business use, as described on the product page. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the product or its download link with others.
• Claim authorship of the product or repackage it for resale.
• Use the product in any way that violates applicable law.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Because our products are delivered digitally and instantly, refund eligibility is limited. See our full Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.

6. External / Third-Party Checkout

Some products may be sold through an external platform (such as SuperProfile) rather than directly through Zorquik's Razorpay checkout. In that case, the external platform's own terms and payment/delivery process apply to that purchase, and Zorquik acts only as a referral link.

7. Account-Free Service

Zorquik does not require customer accounts. We are not responsible for lost access to a download link if you lose the confirmation email and cannot locate your order ID — please contact us and we'll help where we can.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including product descriptions, branding, and the Site's design — is owned by Zorquik or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zorquik is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of a purchased product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
